The landscaping of the CSDD administration building and customer service centre consists of the rerepresentative front garden part of the building volume on one side and the double facade planted with vines on the other. The ground floor of the building is screened from S. Eisenstein Street by a curved, laconic reflection of the glazed building volume with planting of silver-grey creeping willow - a twisted plane or artificial rampart. It is separated from the front of the building by a retaining wall of variable height, with a pedestrian walkway and a bench for visitors behind it. The green façade on the S and S sides facing the existing Riga Motor Museum building protects the office space from overheating and simultaneously enlivens the parallel building façades, both as viewed from the office space and when walking along the street, providing a verdant and seasonally changing view. The façade is constructed of galvanised metal tubes supporting large-format plant containers. A connection to a capillary water irrigation system is designed on each floor. Planting maintenance is to be carried out via a grid deck at a level above the containers. Clematis tangutica is decorative both in the yellow flowers in spring and in the fluffy tassels which persist into winter. The choice of vining plants, planted at each storey level, makes it possible to create a green wall even in our climate. In places where containers could not be placed for structural reasons, a five-leaved wild vine is planted in the ground at ground level.
